Muskoka Amenities
The Main Cottage has many standard Muskoka amenities and a few extras.
The front half is open concept with two entrances, one through the living room and the other through the kitchen. The kitchen is updated with modern appliances and furnishings and is, in our evaluation, well above average compared to many cottage properties (most residential properties don't have it this good). Off the kitchen is a small dining area, but to be perfectly honest, you will be spending most of your time eating outside, hence why there is an entrance from the kitchen to the outdoor dining area.
The kitchen overlooks the living room, set up to accommodate games and TV entertainment. Alternatively, it could be set up for extended indoor dining, guest entertainment, or cleared out for hosting larger gatherings. This room also has a wood-burning stove and laundry appliances.
At the back of the cottage are three bedrooms, each accommodating a queen or king-sized bed. Much like the living room, this can be rearranged however you see fit with smaller bunk beds or two single beds. The issue of closet space has been conveniently solved with large wardrobes that can accommodate plenty of vacation apparel and are included in the purchase of this property. (I don't know if they are or not, but we can take that out if they aren’t.)
The single bathroom comes with a corner shower for convenient washing up.

The Bunk House
Unique to this cottage is the living space above the boat house (these structures can no longer be built).
There, you will find a single bedroom and a balcony overlooking southern views of Gloucester Pool. The Lack of railing on the deck is absolutely intentional. Summer guests can use this as a jumping point for epic dives into the water below. On the side is a ladder, so you can climb up and do it all over again.
Below the boat house is a wet slip boat port that can accommodate a smaller vessel. The power lift inside can keep this vessel safe from the water.
Flanking the boathouse on both sides are decks that enjoy full sun for most of the day. One deck gets primarily eastern sun, and the other gets primarily western sun. Each has plenty of docking space for watercraft.
